NOVAPIZZA, a 100% vegan Italian family run restaurant in Edinburgh, is now recruiting for an exiting 2023 project!
The plan is to be open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, brunch & lunch, aperitivo and dinner.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and reliable, passionate about food and able to work under pressure.
Some of the key point of this role are:
- Ability to maintain an extremely sanitary environment while working
- Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients
- Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
- Ensuring appealing plate presentation
- Cooking food in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Monitoring stock level and maintain a great communication with the line manager about it
- Knowledge and experience about Italian food is essential.
The position available is a full time, with shifts between 10am and 10pm on rotation.
Starting rate is 11£/h + generous tips.
